Work is going well, but the first three days of this week have largely been spent dealing with other time-sensitive matters. Fear not, a July release is a go. Most of you should have received them by now. I think those of you getting artwork will be thrilled with the art you received.
I think there are only FOUR that have not shipped. Otherwise, they are shipped out. Point of notice. That includes printer proofs! That makes this the lowest print run of a special edition Palladium has ever done. Even less than NG-1 and Lemuria. Wayne is making his final selections this weekend. Art will be assigned this weekend too. End of July release! Plus there is special Game Master supplemental material by Carl Gleba and Julius Rosenstein character sheets, tables, tips and more and we plan to add more G.
Oh, and we have a new, unique item coming in a few weeks that we think collectors will enjoy. There are also hundreds of toys and action figures. All items in the store are from my own personal archives and collection.

Our tax and bookkeeping consultant, John Park died a couple weeks ago from injuries in a freak accident.
We have lost so many close friends and family at Palladium Books over the last 10 years along with everything else that it was difficult to deal with another loss; especially such an unexpected one. John Park was a great guy and more than our accountant. John was my friend, a business advisor and a confidant. I sought advice from him on business and even matters of health. We talked mostly by phone, but John would always make a point of driving over to the Palladium offices at least once or twice a year to visit.
John could be cantankerous at times, but his heart was always in the right place and he always made time for me no matter what else was going on. I suspect he was like that with all of his clients. John was a pretty creative and fun-loving guy behind that suit coat or sweater.
And he cared about people more than I think he would sometimes let on. As an accountant, he looked at our situation and was certain Palladium was done for. When I laid out our survival plan, John offered additional input and suggestions on downsizing.
But what I thought was funny, and it gives you a glimpse into the good heart of Mr. Park, was that he was quite certain Palladium could not survive. He continued to work with Palladium for years even though we could not afford to pay him.
Like so many friends, John worked on credit. If we went under, all that work would have been done pro bono. It made me feel proud. And I think John felt proud for helping us succeed. Thank you, John. Our sincere condolences to the Park family and the multitude of friends who all loved him so. God Bless. Palladium's license for the game expired on March 31st, , and is not being renewed. The funded game was scheduled to ship in December , [4] but was eventually delayed.
As of September the game had begun to be shipped, with Wave 1 shipping expected to continue throughout the fall. Partial delivery of the Kickstarter rewards had been in progress since 3Q through 1Q Despite all claims and given the history so far of Palladium Books regarding delivery dates, there had been no real evidence shown of any progress on the rest of the miniatures and no clue on a time frame as noted starting in the updates to the project from 30 Jan as the entire 'Wave 1' line was put through preproduction starting after the delivery date was missed.
What was delivered so far was substandard in quality compared to even low end wargame miniatures manufacturers. This was noted by multiple miniature wargaming sites and model builders, such as talkwargaming, [5] theminaturespage forums [6] where use of scale model rather than game miniature manufacturing processes was noted , and deltavector, [7] whose summary reads:.
Basically, the miniatures are all like mini versions of Revell kits rather than wargaming pieces. It's like they have no idea who their target audience is:. Basically, they've made a product that combines the worst of all worlds.
